Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews indicate that the property is generally clean, with some guests finding it spotless and others noting areas that could be improved. The presence of cobwebs and a report of grime suggest occasional lapses in cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its closeness to the beach and the peaceful environment. However, some guests were disappointed with the distance to local amenities, which were further than expected.

Comfort receives mixed reviews. While some guests found the house cosy and the beds comfortable, others reported issues with uncomfortable beds and a lack of privacy due to missing blinds, affecting their overall comfort.

Facilities are adequate but several guests reported maintenance issues such as broken kitchen equipment, issues with the shower, and a need for more cooking utensils. The garden and views are appreciated, but the need for updates and repairs is evident.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score for this category.

The four kids really loved the house. It was very reasonable pricewise. The location was great, we had two different beaches to chose from, one across the river and the other one via a small walkway. We found lots to do in Wexford and the weather we got was ace for the week, we got pretty lucky. Totally recommend The Trawler.

It was clean and comfortable and provided most of what was needed. The location was also nice (although the weather didn’t help us much!).p Some of the equipment could do with updating, but everything worked. Thank you for a lovely stay.
