Snaptrip says

David's Barn in Langham is highly praised for its quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and tasteful decoration. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen and powerful showers. The property's proximity to a friendly local pub and the coast is a plus. However, some guests noted the nearby church bells and maintenance issues. Overall, the property offers a cosy and pleasant stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The reviews consistently describe the property as clean and well-kept, with no negative comments on cleanliness, suggesting a high standard of hygiene.

The location is generally appreciated for its proximity to the coast and local amenities. However, the presence of a church with frequent bell ringing has affected the score, as it may disturb some guests.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the accommodation cosy, with airy rooms and a warm atmosphere, indicating a high level of comfort.

While the property is well-equipped and the kitchen receives positive remarks, several maintenance issues have been reported, such as loose toilet seats and noisy appliances, leading to a moderate score.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

David's Barn is a great place to stay in! The kitchen/diner is fully equipped while the open plan arrangement with the living area is nicely designed and works well. We used only the main bedroom and the bed there is both large and really comfortable. The high ceilings in the property together with the many windows give both a light and very airy feeling. The main en-suite has a bath with shower over while the second en-suite has a walk-in shower: both showers are very effective with a plentiful supply of hot water. Outside space is limited but does offer a small sitting area with a table and four chairs. There is allocated parking space for both David's Barn and the adjoining Simon's Barn. This is the third time the two of us have stayed in David's Barn as it is well-located as a place from which to explore north Norfolk.

Description didn't mention the barn is right next to the church, and the bells ring every 15 minutes, throughout the night too|!

The property is opposite the church which has a clock that strikes every quarter hour. This means that it is unfeasible to open any window at night. Property issues: 1) toilet in first bedroom is loose. 2) window catch does not engage in first bedroom 3) casement stay in second bedroom does not locate on lugs 4) there is a smell of heating oil/diesel emanating from an access door in second bedroom 5) the wine cooler is very noisy - we switched it off at night 6) a lot of the kitchen unit doors were delaminating 7) the bin is located away from the food prep area - not particularly useful. The beds were comfy and the showers powerful, and the overall look of the place was quite pleasing.
