A fabulous luxury, single storey barn conversion set in the heart of this peaceful coastal village, where you will find a great pub, a super, very well-equipped village shop/cafe, and the wonderful North Norfolk coast all within easy walking distance. What more could you want?!
With parts of the building dating back to the Victorian era, this traditional brick and flint barn has been converted to very high modern standards, without losing any of its character as beams and feature flint walls have been retained. The overall impression on entering the barn is one of comfort and relaxed easy living. There is a lovely light open-plan vaulted living area, with skylights and full height bi-fold doors and windows that overlook the south facing garden, running the full length of the room. The sitting area has a wood burning stove to light for extra warmth and ambience, although with underfloor heating in this area and great insulation, you should already be nice and cosy. There are three bedrooms (king size, double and super king zip-and-link, with twin option) and three very smart bathrooms (two are en-suite), making this the perfect holiday home for couples and friends to enjoy time together. Summer Barn will suit families too, especially with older children.
Weybourne is a great little spot as a base for getting out and about exploring this part of North Norfolk, either on foot (there are some fabulous walks to explore from outside the door, both inland and coastal), by catching the Coasthopper bus service that runs through the village or by car. The Georgian town of Holt is just three miles up the road, where you will find boutiques, galleries and a variety of places to eat. Sheringham, the next coastal resort along the coast, is a bustling traditional seaside town where fisherman still bring in their daily catch. You will find plenty of facilities, including many interesting shops, a museum, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, as well as a supermarket and filling station. If you fancy a day trip to Norwich, you can catch a train from Sheringham town centre.

We really loved Summer Barn and were pleased to see it looked just like the photos on the website. The house was clean and well appointed with more than the usual kitchen equipment available. Lovely location; we enjoyed walks on and around the beach in Beeston Bump, Blakeney, as well as stopping in Sheringham, Holt and Cromer. We loved Hatter's Coffee Shop at Cromer, as well as village eateries and cafe. Great picture galleries in Blakeney and we enjoyed lunch at The Two Magpies. Thanks. Very happy to return again.

Very well-equipped property and excellently situated for all our needs! We enjoyed the walks, the local food and wildlife. The weather was also good for the beginning of October.

Very clean and comfortable cottage with ample space for our family of 6; 4 adults and two children. Weybourne is a lovely village with an interesting history and walks a-plenty! Felbrigg National Trust is worth a visit along with Blakeney. Our family enjoyed a Sunday Roast at The Ship. All in all we had a fantastic long weekend celebrating my wife's BIG birthday.
