Great care has been taken with the interior design and the house now makes a stylish and comfortable retreat for up to 6 guests. East of the city centre and stretching as far as Brighton Marina, Kemptown is a mix of grand seafront crescents and elegant squares. Excellent independent shops within easy reach of the house include Kemptown Bookshop, The Butler’s Wine Cellar, Brampton’s Butcher, and The Open Bakery, as well as several coffee houses (Ground and Portland are both recommended).

Lovely large spacious home, has everything you’d need. Comfy beds and everything is done to a high standard. Parking is free between 8pm and 9am and then the streets around the house you can pay to park for 2 or 4 hours depending on the street. We always found spaces easily. If you need to park for a longer stint we found Asda at the Marina via Just Park good value and not too far to walk.

Just a hop, skip and a jump to the beach, we loved our walks along the new boardwalk. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and very nicely stocked kitchen, we really enjoyed our stay.
