Please can guests advise the owner if they require dog beds in advance as a surcharge is applicable to avoid additional surcharge being invoiced to guests for soft furnishing specialised cleaning for removal of dog hair on furniture, furnishings and bedding of a standard rate of approximately GBP 90.  Please can all guests ensure their pets are washed in advance, subject to requirement as this will avoid unnecessary loss of hair.  Kindly note shampoo and dog beds can be provided by prior arrangement.  (Payable to owner).
