The Annexe has many thoughtful features, and the kitchen is well equipped and inviting, with a bright and airy feel and clever use of space.  On the ground floor is the bedroom, with much attention to detail.  This is designed by the owners, the bedroom, the Black Room, offers a comfortable double bed, perfect to re-charge after your busy days.  The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a heated towel rail.  Venture upstairs and the living area is somewhere to sit and read a book, catch up on your favourite TV programmes, with plush double and triple sofas to sink into.  Throughout, eco-friendly digital radiators keep you cosy and warm should it be a bit chilly outside. 

Outside, there is seating so you can enjoy your favourite evening tipple or morning coffee as you watch the abundance of wildlife around you and see if you can you spot the many bird boxes or a hidden bird’s nest nearby.  Set within a pretty village location you are within easy access of golden sandy beaches, coves, inlets, rugged coastline and beautiful woodland valleys.  Hire a bicycle in the nearby town of Bodmin to take the famous Camel Trail all the way to vibrant Padstow which covers 18 m. . .
