We did call regarding the grass not being cut and the bed not pushed together however after a quick phone call this was sorted with out any hassle. We did not notice straight away and did not want to call again but other things that let it down was the cleanliness as we found old socks in draws and a dog ball under a chair. Also the hot tub had some scum round it.

  • Nick

Lots of black dog hair clumps on floor in kitchen/family room and on furniture and even in washing machine. Carpets not hoovered and bathroom floors were dirty as were skirting boards throughout. Vase of dead flowers in kitchen. Work surfaces and furniture needed to be cleaned. Windows covered in grime at the back, grass overgrown and no garden furniture as shown in pictures. Hoover not working but replacement provided when requested and we cleaned ourselves. We did not want cleaners in while we were in property and property should have been in a good standard in first place. Very disappointed!

  • Mark

Floors had not been mopped/cleaned downstairs skirting boards thick with dust cobwebs everywhere particularly in the light shades in the kitchen. Doors and walls covered in marks/spills and needing a fresh coat of paint. The hot tub was also "scummy " so therefore wasn't used.
