Snaptrip says

Trevowhan House is a well-loved cottage in Cornwall, praised for its cleanliness, stunning sea views, and cosy atmosphere. Guests appreciate the property's style, the warmth and comfort provided, and the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and a welcome pack. While some noted the mattresses could be more comfortable and the Wi-Fi was slow, the charm of the cottage and its location outweigh these minor concerns.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently note the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property, mentioning that it was spotless and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The cottage boasts a stunning location with sea views and proximity to local attractions. It serves as a great base for exploring Cornwall, though some guests noted limited access to dog walking paths directly from the property.

The majority of guests found the cottage cosy and the beds comfortable, with the exception of a few comments about the mattresses. The presence of heaters and a wood-burning stove added to the comfort during colder weather.

The property is well-equipped with a modern kitchen and clean bathroom. However, some guests mentioned the slow Wi-Fi and the absence of a DVD player, which suggests room for improvement in the entertainment facilities.

Many guests were delighted by the thoughtful gestures such as fresh flowers and a welcome pack upon arrival. While these gifts greatly enhanced their experience, it is important to note that such personal touches, though common, are not guaranteed.

Everything was ready, clean and comfortable to welcome us, and Tamsin and Matt, as always, go above and beyond to help- but during your stay, they are unobtrusive but quickly available! There are few houses we love as much as Trevowhan House- ask yourself why we return year after year. Another memorable holiday for us and the dog!

Great kitchen and plenty of space especially for a family. Sea views from bedroom and kitchen windows. Nor far from Botallack where Poldark was filmed, Land's End and St.ives all within easy reach. Definitely worth staying here.
