About this property

Lanyon is a well-presented, reverse level accommodation set in the pretty harbour town of St Ives, Cornwall. Boasting stunning views over Porthmeor Beach and St Ives Bay, Lanyon offers a wonderful place to call home for families and friends, whatever time of year. The open-plan living space rests on the first-floor and features a stunning kitchen with quartz worktops and contemporary appliances, whilst the sitting area provides a TV for entertainment, along with a woodburning stove. A staircase leads down to the bedrooms, offering a super-king-size, a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, each neutrally presented. A gleaming bathroom provides choice of bath or shower over, whilst there is also a shower room, so you won’t have to worry about queues in the morning! Experience the beauty of this special Cornish region with a stay at Lanyon. Note: This property can be booked with Ref. 1123331, and with Ref. 952481 together sleeping 22.

One of Cornwall's prettiest harbour towns, St Ives offers narrow streets, tight-packed cottages nestling around the quayside, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum, fabulous beaches, superb shops, a thriving community of artists, great pubs and restaurants and much more. With its semi Bohemian lifestyle and romantic air, it's easy to see why this is the county's premier holiday resort. The surrounding area has much for the visitor to see and do with abundant wildlife, fabulous coastal walks, top quality surfing and the Celtic mysteries of the Land's End Peninsula are all within easy reach. A superb destination!

Only feedback would be the same as we experienced last year, the washing machine worked intermittently and the sofas are not comfortable. We had to bring in chairs from the balcony also as it was a squeeze for all of us. That said we still very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Two minor issues . The wi fi downstairs in unreliable and I suggest a router is located there. Secondly, the water in the fridge leaks when filling up the holder .
