This is one of the best appointed apartments, everything is to a very high standard, Access is down a number of stairs so access for anyone with mobility issues could be a challenge. The parking space is quite tight and guests with large vehicles or vans may struggle if adjacent spaces have larger vehicles parked. Using the visitor spaces may be necessary.
