Its location is appreciated for proximity to the beach and local amenities, with many guests highlighting the convenience for walks and the scenic views. The property is described as a home from home, with a well-equipped kitchen and a safe garden for pets.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently commend the property for its spotless presentation. The term 'immaculate' is frequently used, indicating a very high standard of cleanliness that contributes significantly to the positive experience of the stay.

The property's location is highly regarded due to its accessibility to beaches, town amenities, and scenic walks. Some guests mentioned a busy road and noise from a bus stop, but these were minor points in otherwise glowing feedback about the location.

Comfort is a standout feature, with guests praising the comfortable beds, the convenience of ensuite bathrooms, and the overall cosy atmosphere of the property. The upside-down layout with living areas upstairs is particularly appreciated for its suitability to guests' needs.

The property is lauded for its well-managed facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen, constant hot water, and parking. The provision of dog treats and a 'mud daddy' for pet cleaning is also noted. Some minor suggestions for improvements, such as the addition of a hot tub, do not detract from the overall high rating.

The owners' thoughtfulness is evident in the welcome packs, including cream teas and dog treats, which are warmly received by guests. While these gifts are greatly appreciated, it is politely noted that such personal touches, though common, are not guaranteed with every stay.
