All basic facilities available including a washing machine which was a nice surprise and came in handy when travelling with two small children with a love for chocolate ice cream! The welcome pack with tea, biscuits, flapjacks, fudge, coffee and milk was much appreciated too. Only negative was that the 3 rugs/runners desperately need grip underlays to avoid an accident and to keep them looking tidy as you canât walk on them without them sliding all over the place on the wooden floor so they were a bit annoying - but itâs a minor negative! We had a wonderful time and will certainly be returning, thank you.

Our only small concerns.... Most kitchens have basics of salt, pepper, a little sugar. The cafetiere is broken - we thought we'd fixed it, but it didn't last. The rugs feel hazardous, we moved them out the way - rug grips help? The office did not know about 3/7-day permits for parking, which we did find in Woodmead. Expensive, but better for us than running up the hill by 8am each morning.
