Seafarer is a lovely modern townhouse located in the sheltered Smallmouth Bay, with sandy beach and stunning sea views just a few steps from the front door. The property is arranged over three floors, with a modern kitchen on the ground floor opening into a conservatory overlooking a sheltered garden at the rear of the property. The dining room also on the ground floor benefits from stunning views of the sea just a few metres away. The living room is on the first floor, with large patio doors opening out onto a balcony - from here you can see right across the bay to Portland. The three bedrooms are all well equipped and nicely furnished; The king size master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and sea views, on the same floor as the bunk bedroom and family bathroom. A further double bedroom can be found on the second floor with access to a handy W.C. cloakroom on the same level.

It is the location which makes this such a wonderful holiday home, especially if you have children with you. The views across the harbour are stunning and we loved sitting on the balcony. We were blessed with wonderfully sunny weather and had a very lazy holiday enjoying the beach and sea. The fire doors were helpful in shutting out noise and keeping children safe while on the upper levels of the house. We would definitely return. Also enjoyed watching all the brave folk who swim in the sea every day of the year!
