Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the cottage to be lovely and well-equipped, suggesting a high level of cleanliness. However, one review mentioned the need to rewash dishes upon arrival, indicating a possible oversight. This seems to be an isolated incident rather than a common issue.

The location is consistently lauded for being excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local amenities. The peaceful setting and beautiful views contribute to a perfect holiday choice for many guests.

Guests frequently mention the comfort of the beds and the relaxing atmosphere of the cottage. The property appears to cater well to the needs of families and pets, providing a cosy and quiet environment.

The cottage is praised for its well-equipped nature and efficient Wi-Fi and TV. However, there are comments about a problematic shower and a BBQ in need of replacement. The maintenance response is prompt, but the presence of building work nearby is noted.

While the reviews reflect a positive experience with the staff and the property, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

A lovely house in a brilliant location. A stones throw from the beach, pub and shops. Very secure garden for our dog. Spacious and nicely decorated living area, and the wood burner was a lovely accessory. Parking potentially an issue at busier times, but we managed to park 3 cars on the road throughout the stay. Would definitely come back again.

Wonderful house in a perfect location.

the house was lovely - we wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend to friends/family. only downside was a lumpy/uncomfortable undersheet in master bedroom. otherwise it was perfect for us (family of two adults, two kids, one dog) - house is spacious but cosy, has all the equipment required, clean, dog friendly open plan arrangement, great showers, fantastic location close (but not too close) to high st and wonderful garden with extensive decking and access to marsh paths at back. would have been good to know in advance of the building work in the empty plot opposite the house (digging foundations for new house) which caused some disruption to parking in street and some noise - but the builders were very friendly, communicative and considerate, so it didn't detract from our week there. the building work may be more disruptive/loud in later stages of construction though.
