It has very close access to a public footpath. This takes you into farm fields and pleasant run around for your dog first thing in the morning. Though there is no dedicated parking with the property, you are able to unload outside the cottage, and move your car to a good space in the lane 25m away.

The only problem being Monday nights when blocking access to bin lorries leads to noone getting their rubbish removed (nice lady advised us and suggested where we could park). Generally comfortable cottage with all the facilities most people would need.
