Snaptrip says

Wood Cottage in Worcestershire is highly praised for its spaciousness, stunning rural setting, and cleanliness. Guests consistently enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the hot tub, and the property's suitability for families and groups. The welcoming hosts and the cottage's comfort contribute to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the cottage to be very clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. There was a minor criticism regarding the cleanliness of the hot tub, but this appears to be an isolated comment amidst overall positive feedback.

The location is highly praised for its peacefulness, beautiful countryside, and lack of light pollution, making it ideal for relaxation and stargazing. Its proximity to local towns and attractions adds to its appeal.

Guests frequently mention the comfort of the cottage, noting its warm atmosphere and ample space. The large social areas and well-appointed bedrooms contribute to a very comfortable experience, although a few guests noted firm mattresses.

The facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and hot tub, are generally well-received. However, some guests noted issues with TV remotes and a desire for more modern amenities like a coffee machine and air fryer. Maintenance issues like creaky floors and a bedroom window that wouldn't open were also mentioned.

While guests appreciate the warm welcome and the helpfulness of the hosts, there is insufficient information to assess the consistency of thoughtful gestures such as gifts. Therefore, a score cannot be provided for this category.

We were provided with everything we needed for a home from home stay. The host Jane greeted us to go through things and explain how a few things worked. If there were any problems I could phone and she would come and sort it. Thankfully everything was perfect. We had a great time celebrating a big surprise birthday in our party of 8. Colin and Jane kindly let us arrive a little sooner than check in to prepare for our guest of honours arrival. All the rooms and sitting areas were clean and tidy. The kitchen was great and we had plenty of kitchenware for cooking. The hot tub was lovely too and very clean. Some of my family mentioned the mattresses were a little on the firm side for our liking but otherwise we all slept well. Overall a great place to stay and relax in beautiful surroundings. Thankyou Jane and Colin we will most likely be returning soon! X
