Little Jack’s Cottage was perfect for us (2 couples). It’s so cosy and well set up, with comfortable beds and recliner armchairs and sofa. The cottage has been very stylishly restored and decorated by the owners and it was all super clean. We enjoyed the walk down into Todmorden (despite the rain) - although walking back up from The “Golden Lion” at the end of the day was a bit more of a challenge 😂. Such a beautiful location with a fabulous view out the front and lots of amazing walks nearby. We will definitely come back for longer next time - 3 nights was just not enough! The owner was very friendly and had lots of good recommendations for us (which we will try out next time when we have more time!). And even though it’s next door to a working farm it is so quiet and peaceful - we never heard a sound!
