Church View is a highly praised holiday cottage, consistently described as clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Guests appreciate the peaceful location, the thoughtful welcome packs, and the property's proximity to local attractions. The garden is noted as secure and ideal for dogs, and the nearby pub offers convenience and good food. Despite minor issues with a creaky bed frame and TV navigation, the overall sentiment is extremely positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviewers unanimously commend the property's cleanliness, mentioning it as 'spotless' and 'very clean'. The attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is evident and greatly appreciated by guests.

The property's location is praised for its tranquillity and privacy, with a long driveway and surrounding nature. Its proximity to local towns and attractions like Hornsea and Bridlington is also appreciated, although one guest mentioned bird scaring noises that affected their dog.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with special mentions of comfortable beds and sofas. The bungalow's coolness during hot weather and the overall homely feel contribute to the high comfort level, despite a single complaint about a creaky bed frame.

The facilities are generally well-received, with mentions of a 'swish' en-suite shower and adequate kitchen equipment. The property is well-equipped for guests' needs, though there is a minor note about TV channel navigation and cutlery quality.

The owners' thoughtfulness is highlighted through the provision of welcome packs, including items for both guests and dogs. While these gestures are highly valued, it is politely noted that such gifts, though common, are not guaranteed with every stay.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The garden is perfect for sitting out and enjoying the birdsong. We felt really at home here and plan to return in the future. We couldn’t fault it!

Really enjoyed staying here. The bungalow is well placed for coastal visits and close to Beverley which has some fabulous shops and pubs. There is a pub within a two minute walk but not dog friendly. The accommodation was top class and very comfortable and clean. The owners left little touches such as fresh flowers and prosseco, milk and biscuits too, which shows they care. Beds were just right and the linen and towels were very soft and smelt nice too. The bathrooms are spacious and the facilities are well laid out and good quality. Kitchen is well equipped, could do with better quality cutlery but we didn't eat in much so it wasn't an issue for us. We were very pleased and would stay again without hesitation.

Spotlessly clean, well decorated. Furniture excellent. Utensils etc, all that you would need. Quiet location up a long drive. Local pub very friendly and serves excellent food.
