Situated in the heart of Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, there is an abundance of scenic walks and cycle routes for those of all abilities. The impressive natural formations at Brimham Rocks and Cistercian monastery ruins at Fountains Abbey are both must see attractions and can be reached within 9 miles. Cleverly designed in an 'upside down' fashion to make the most of the wonderful views over the garden, the living space at this delightful holiday home is on the first floor. Enter from the patio area into the bright and spacious lounge, situated in the orangery (which has fitted blinds). Here, you can relax on the comfortable sofas and watch a movie on the TV, or read a book in peace and tranquillity whilst enjoying the splendid countryside that surrounds you. A set of folding doors lead through to a dining room with plenty of space to enjoy an evening family meal or lazy brunches. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. There is also a handy WC and cloakroom on this level. When it is time to retire for the evening, descend the stairs where you will find two double bedrooms. The first is large and bright with plenty of storage space and has an en suite shower room. The second bedroom is cosy with restricted access to one side of the bed. Completing the accommodation is a shower room. Outside, you can enjoy a peaceful private terrace with plenty of seating and a BBQ for dining alfresco in the summer months.
