The living room is a welcoming space with ample seating options, a Smart TV and grand double doors leading into a dining area. Meals can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen at the back of the property and there’s space to sit down together here. With full stomachs and heavy eyelids, head upstairs to find three sumptuous double bedrooms, served by the well-appointed bathroom with a large walk-in shower – perfect for washing away the sand after a beach day. Outside, to the rear, enjoy a morning coffee or glass of something special in the enclosed courtyard – a peaceful spot to start and end each day.

Along with its wide stretch of sandy beach, Filey is home to a charming Seafront Sculpture Trail, as well as a Bird Garden and Animal Park on the outskirts of town (1 mile), and a great golf club for teeing off with a view (1 mile). Along the coastline, Scarborough (7.5 miles) is an exciting town to visit. Also offering ample beach space to explore, Scarborough boasts an open-air theatre, an ancient castle, and the popular Luna Park with rides and amusements. For those visiting with younger guests seeking adrenaline-pumping activities, the North Yorkshire Water Park (11.5 miles) is also a must on a sunny day.
