Das Haus befindet sich direkt in der Mitte vom malerischen Fylingthorpe, bloß 15 Minuten Fußweg von Robin Hood's Bay entfernt. Direkt gegenüber ist eine schöne Gaststätte, zwei Häuser weiter ein kleines Geschäft mit allen Waren des täglichen Bedarfs plus Zeitungen, Tabak, Wein usw! Vor der Gaststätte ist die Bushaltestelle mit einer halbstündlichen Verbindung nach Whitby oder Scarborough. Besser geht's nicht. Das Haus ist in einem ausgezeichneten, sauberen Zustand - die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - und es gibt drei große Schlafzimmer - einmal im Untergeschoss mit WC, einmal im ersten Stock, einmal unter dem Dach mit WC. Die Betten sind super bequem. Das große beeindruckende Badezimmer mit viktorianischem Touch befindet sich im ersten Stock, Die Technik - Heizung, Spülmaschine, Dusche usw - funktioniert bestens. Es gibt zwei bequeme Wohnzimmer, wo man fernsehen oder relaxen kann.

Great accommodation set over 4 floors. Great for families and friends alike. Lovely decor, well appointed and equipped. Easy to park. Loved it!

Loved the location, near enough to everything and far enough away! Very good homemade pub food opposite and corner shop almost next door. Key box. Spacious rooms, v clean and well looked after. Nice snug downstairs for watching films via Netflix. Good folder with instructions. Generally good quality equipment and furnishing. Plenty of spare crockery and cutlery.
