Loved the little touches like the gift bag and the practical elements like ensuring there were cleaning material, washing soap, shower gel, foil, sandwich bags, black bin bags, hoover. This meant we could do our bit to ensure we tidied up after ourselves and could make packed lunches for day trips out. Washing machine and dish washer were essential with a family. I would only comment that there was no shaving socket and that the parking was only for smaller vehicles. However we did find parking on Silver Street and free parking on the cliff. We would have preferred check out at 10am because with children 09.30 was a bit stressful. Bed in Master Bedroom a bit low and hard mattress- but then we are older in years! Otherwise it was very homely and welcoming, with great access to Whitby and surrounding areas.

Beautifully clean and tidy. Amazing shower. Dishwasher to clean up overnight. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The goody bag was a lovely surprise. Fantastic location, quick walk down the stairs outside and your at the Harbour. Skinner Street is just a few feet up the road where you'll find Botham's bakery, one of the best bakeries you'll ever visit, pick up fresh baked products for breakfast. Abbey Wharf across the river is great for food and late night boogying. Incredible star gazing from the large car park by the Abbey.

It is centrally located in a quiet Whitby street and very handy for supermarket and all the lovely things to do in Whitby. A very pleasant place for 2- 3 people would strongly recommended this property.
