Excellent spacious lodge in a quiet location. Nicely positioned with one other lodge next door so not completely on it's own. Furnished with very comfortable beds and sofas. Well equipped with all home comforts, TV, blu ray and kitchen ware. Off road parking at front. Great family holiday lodge.

Jessica lodge is perfectly located for exploring the Scottish borders. We have family near, so this also made the location ideal for us. It’s just outside the hamlet of Lintlaw, it’s lovely and peaceful, but still just a short drive to the nearest town of Duns. There’s so much to explore up in the borders we definitely plan to be back. It’s also about an hour from Edinburgh (we caught the train from Musselburgh), so great if you wanted to explore the city as well. The lodge was one of the best we’ve been to. It’s beautiful, spacious, very well equipped, really comfortable & very clean. The double shower in the bathroom is fabulous, & the beds were very comfortable. It was lovely being so close to nature. The owners were really attentive and although we didn’t need anything we felt it was no bother to ask if we did! We would definitely book again when we plan to go back.

Great location, very clean, everything you needed, spacious and cosy. Near Eyemouth which is lovely, Berwick and Edinburgh. Very peaceful and good communication.
