Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the property to be very clean and well-presented upon arrival. However, a few guests mentioned areas where cleaning could be improved, such as under furniture and around windows. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than a general trend.

The property is highly regarded for its location, with easy access to beaches, nature reserves, and local attractions. The scenic views and wildlife sightings are frequently mentioned as highlights. Some guests noted the proximity to a busy road, but this did not significantly detract from the overall positive feedback on location.

Guests have expressed great satisfaction with the comfort of the property, highlighting the comfortable beds and cosy atmosphere. The spaciousness and suitability for large groups and families contribute to the high level of comfort experienced by visitors.

The property boasts a range of facilities that guests appreciate, such as a well-equipped kitchen, children's play area, and games. Some guests mentioned issues with the oven and conservatory window handle, suggesting room for improvement in maintenance.

While guests have mentioned thoughtful touches, such as food left for red squirrels, there is not enough consistent information about gifts or additional thoughtful gestures provided by the hosts to accurately score this category.

It was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfy. It was good to have the climbing frame for the younger children in our group and they all enjoyed the football table and darts board. It was also good to have a selection of games provided and we all enjoyed playing the herd mentality game! I felt the property was very nicely decorated and liked the wooden furniture. A couple of possible improvements might be mats or something in the kitchen as on a dull day the tiles felt very cold. Also a corner sofa in this area for more people to sit together chatting? Finally although there was a car charger it wasn’t used as apparently you needed to download an app and set up an account?

The house was beautiful and so cosy. Everything you need is there. Beds are probably the comfiest I’ve slept on. Really got a good nights sleep! (I’ve not slept properly since being home!). We often caught glimpses of Mrs Bushy Tail, the red squirrel who visited every morning. Fab place! Thank you!

It’s well decorated and lots of lovely pieces of furniture add to the overall comfortable feel of the property. The beds are very comfortable and the fields and outlook are really pleasant. A few things to mention, it states there’s an open fire but we were only left 3 logs for 3 nights, no matches and logs locally were £12. Had I known that these were not provided I would have brought my own which are cheaper where I live. I didn’t find a hairdryer so take your own and the car charger is not free- the listing doesn’t make this clear. Seating in the living room only seats 7 so if you do arrive with 11 guests as it accommodates, you won’t all fit into the living space with the TV but plenty of seating elsewhere in the house. I’d read a few reviews about the oven, I found it easy enough to use and the hob was great but I do think you’d struggle to cook a roast dinner for example with limited roasting dishes and it did take longer to cook than my fan oven at home so maybe could do with an upgrade soon. I took a lasagne I’d made at home and 30 mins later was still cold in the middle on 180 so it does take longer than you’d expect. We visited the beach, found a public footpath from Traeth to Red Wharf Bay which was an easy walk even for the kids (5 & 3) but pleasant and we had good weather. We also visited the local nature reserve which is great for younger visitors. Despite the smaller issues, it did not affect our stay as a family and we enjoyed the area and the overall comfort of the house.
