Guests consistently mention the lodge as clean and well-kept, with only one mention of external cleanliness due to weather, which does not reflect on the interior's hygiene.

The location is frequently highlighted as fabulous, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and beaches, although one review suggests it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Numerous guests have found the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, and the overall accommodation cosy, contributing to a restful stay.

The lodge is well-equipped according to guests, offering everything needed for a stay. There is a single mention of minor issues, but these were resolved by the guests themselves.

While guests have expressed gratitude for the thoughtful gestures such as Welsh cakes and prosecco, these are personal touches that may vary and are not guaranteed amenities.

Great 2 bed cottage and in a private location with easy waking access to Langland Bay and Mumbles. Very spacious upstairs living area and large bedrooms.

  • Mr Long

Own transport is essential for this property due to the elevated position to Mumbles 'town and beaches', property possible not suitable for people with mobility issues due to location. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Bed very comfortable, No issues with Wifi. Security parking the car next to property very good one we were used to the use of the fob. Due to property being in close proximity to trees and big shrubs the area within the property grounds got very wet and dirty (we had wet weather) and particles from the trees were falling considerable causing lots of mess under foot, the property would be easier to keep clean if there was a bigger & more absorbent mat at the door to stop "wet and dirt" to prevent it entering the property.

Went for a few days break, what a wonderful, clean house, beds very comfortable. Weather wasn’t too good but the house was lovely and warm. Would definitely recommend, we will be returning, perhaps in the summer so that we can use the outdoor space.
