Well presented, newly refurbished 1-bedroom holiday chalet set in the gardens of Summercliffe Chalet Park, minutes away from the beautiful Caswell Bay

This charming one bed property is one of the wooden chalets on the popular Summercliffe Park. It’s just a short stroll down to the popular Caswell Bay, an excellent ‘blue flag’ beach. Step inside and the chalet is pretty with contemporary coastal style interiors and door to private garden with table and chairs… perfect for alfresco dining.  

 

Get out and about and explore; the beaches of Langland and Caswell Bay are just a five minute drive. Mumbles itself is a delightful coastal village is home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.

 

Size: sleeps 3 in 1 bedroom and living room

Beds: 1 x double bed. 1 x sofa bed

Kitchen: induction hob with oven under, undercounter fridge with ice box and a microwave.

Lounge/diner: table and 4 chairs, 2 sofas - one of which converts into a sofa bed, ideal for a child or extra adult guest. Flatscreen TV. 

Bedroom: double bed and hanging space.

Bathroom: shower, wash hand basin and WC

 

 

Entertainment: TV.

 

Outside: fully enclosed private gardens, complete with garden furniture and backing onto woodland.

Parking: on site parking.

 

General: changeover day - Saturday. Electric heating. Bed linen and towels provided (not provided for the sofa bed). WiFi. 3 star rating.

 

Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.

Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

    It satisfied on all counts: decor; facilities; comfortable bed; secure (for pets) and cosy garden; equipment and cleanliness. We really enjoyed our week!

    overall very good but, the front door needs adjusting and the shower door leaks at the bottom of the door. Shame really otherwise a higer mark would have been given. Would have liked some local information left from previous tenants.or the owner.
