We walked in and immediately felt at home, Steve was so kind and showed us everything we needed as well as pinging us during the long journey there. We settled straight way and got the wine and food on. The equipment was adequate for what we needed, and we managed spaghetti bolognaise, a stew and a pork Sunday lunch (we cook a lot as part of our diet needs)! The welcome basket was lovely, and I don’t think there was anything left by the time we did! The walks were also lovely, and we found plenty of places to sit and have lunch along the way. The weather was kind, and we thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi to get back to, nice and simple to use, and the privacy was also fine as you are quite out in the countryside. It was also lovely to read how many people have been coming there for many many years – when the swimming pool was there! Again, thank you we needed to rest our heads and hearts and we able too

Owners helped and advised when we asked and were lovely to us. Overall we had a wonderfully relaxing week between the cottage and its hot tub

The cottage was in a very peaceful location but close enough to main roads to be able to explore the area. An enjoyable week and would recommend to others.
