To the left of the door there is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite, along with floor-to-ceiling windows to fill the space with natural light and provide stunning sea views. The ground floor also plays hosts to a twin bedroom with zip/link beds and an additional double bedroom. Here, you will also find a family bathroom, posing a shower over a bath, basin and WC. Upstairs you will find the open-plan living/dining area. This room hosts a stylish grey-colour palette to create a fresh atmosphere to match the ocean breeze outside. In here you will find a deluxe corner sofa with a gas fire and TV, as well as a dining area with stunning overlooking views. To the back of the property is the luxury kitchen, completed with modern and sleek finishes. There is also an additional shower room, with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Following this is the utility room, with washing machine and dryer, and leads to a charming garden with lawned area. You will be able to locate the local shop and pub within under a mile from the property.
