Being situated in the fantastic Snowdonia National Park there are walks from the door of this cottage, and cyclists will enjoy the famous mountain bike routes at nearby Coed-y-Brenin. The town of Dolgellau is a short drive away and is home to a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat and there are excellent restaurants in many of the nearby coastal resorts. Visit the beautiful Mawddach Estuary with its array of birds and wildlife or discover glorious sandy beaches, slate caverns, historic castles, golf, fishing and scenic narrow gauge railways.
