Some initial concern with regulating heating but Suzi popped in and advised. Found all kitchen equipment we needed. Dining chairs rather uncomfortable, so we ate up ad settled down in the lovely sofas to natter. Location good with direct bus into Lincoln, or Park and Ride at Waitrose. Coop round nearly every corner for extra supplies. We didnât eat out (donât like night driving) but there were pubs, cafes etc quite close.

Please could she provide more tea towels as 2 for a week is not sufficient, or tell guests to bring their own. A pair of tongs would have been a big help.

An en-suite to every bedroom, a lovely garden to sit in and relax and the icing on the cake was the bean to cup coffee machine! The hosts were friendly and helpful over text. Top marks, would highly recommend.
