Guests say

Sunnybank Cottage in Keswick is highly praised for its prime location, comfort, and well-equipped facilities. Guests appreciate the property's cleanliness, modern decor, and thoughtful touches, although minor maintenance issues are occasionally mentioned. The proximity to local amenities and the inclusion of parking are frequently highlighted as major advantages.

The cottage is consistently described as spotless and well-maintained, with only a single mention of a less-than-perfectly clean floor upon arrival, which seems to be an isolated incident.

The location is universally acclaimed for being central yet quiet, with easy access to Keswick's shops, restaurants, and natural attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring.

Guests find the cottage homely, cosy, and comfortable, with comfy beds and underfloor heating. There's a single mention of a preference for a different mattress, but overall, the comfort level is rated very highly.

The cottage is praised for its modern facilities, including well-operating showers and a well-equipped kitchen. Some guests suggest minor improvements, such as additional lighting and hooks, but these do not detract significantly from the overall high standard.

While guests express gratitude for the personal touches and mention welcome extras, there is no specific reference to gifts. Therefore, it is not possible to accurately score this category.

Cosy and warm even in awful weather. Good to have parking and ideal for all activities in Keswick. The only thing to suggest is a Cafetiere and personally for me a more comfortable mattress. Won't stop us re-booking. Wonderful.
