It has modern feel with all the up to date appliances. The views from the kitchen window and veranda were amazing. Everything about this property was perfect but we did find the settee a little hard and uncomfortable, but thats our opinion lol..! It is ideally positioned for easy access to the shops and lakesideâ¦we will certainly stay here again if we venture to the Lake District again..! Otto couldn't help anymore than he didâ¦.!

We recently enjoyed a short break at Berkely House and cannot say enough about the attention that has been given to every single detail. The decor is stunning, the furniture so comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you would need, luxurious bathrooms...and spotlessly clean. The location is great, just being a short walk into Bowness. Great views of the lake too. Highly recommended and will definitely book again.
