Walnut Shade a pretty annex in the rural village of Old Buckenham, Norfolk. This single-storey annex is perfect for those who love to get out into nature and enjoys an enclosed garden to dine alfresco on warm evenings. Be greeted by two off-road parking spaces before entering your new home from home, where you will find an entrance hallway to leave your shoes. The open-plan living space is bright and airy and hosts a kitchen area with a gas cooker, washing machine and a dishwasher to save you doing the cleaning up. Enjoy mealtimes at the dining table or head out on the rear garden to relish home-cooked meals in the sun whilst admiring the fields before you. As the evening winds to an end, retreat inside, unwind on the sofa and flicker through the Smart TV for some downtime. After a day exploring your surroundings, have a soothing soak in the bathroom or opt for a shower whilst your towel keeps warm on the rail. When sleep calls, choose between a king-size and a twin bedroom, both with oak furniture and neutral tones. Begin the day with a hearty breakfast with the kitchen appliances to assist you and why not make use of the quiet location to read a book? A short stroll will lead you to two countryside pubs, so you can head out for lunch and a chilled pint; afterwards browse the shops to grab any treats or essentials. Explore the nearby villages for a wider selection of eateries, as well as Banham Zoological Gardens to see much-loved animals and Forncett Industrial Steam Museum to marvel at historical machinery. Visit Attleborough, a beautiful town in Norfolk that is perfect for a day trip. St Mary's Church Attleborough is a must-see, with its stunning architecture and rich history. The 453rd Bombardment Group Museum is also a great place to learn about the town's past. For a bite to eat, The Shapla is a popular spot for Indian cuisine. A countryside getaway awaits at Walnut shade.

Nice quiet location but centrally placed with good access to visitor attractions. I would comment that the description of 'enclosed garden' is somewhat misleading in regards to being dog friendly. Yes an enclosed area, but basically a paved patio area, rather than a garden that your pooch can run about in. Also if you want to make home cooked meals the cookware is a bit limited in terms of no microwave specific cookware and no non stick cooking pans. Having said that overall a great property!

Everything we could wish for for a quiet peaceful retreat. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Owners friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.
