Enter via the path from the parking space into the rear garden, step up to the back door opening into: Garden Room: with sofa and chairs with door to downstairs Shower Room: With shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Door to: Kitchen: with electric hob and double electric oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave. Open plan Dining/Living Room: with dining table and 4 chairs. Living Area: with comfortable sofa, armchairs, Smart TV and fireplace with electric fire. Door leading to front door. Open tread staircase leading to first floor landing with doors to: Double Bedroom: with zip and link King size bed (can be made into twin beds, please advise upon booking), built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, drawer unit and mirror. “Lovely house centrally situated in the town. Very well equipped and furnished. Newly decorated so everywhere immaculate. Garden overlooks the North Norfolk Railway so we enjoyed watching the trains!”
