Guests say

Manor Farm House is a charming period property with a beautiful garden, located within walking distance of the beach and local amenities. Guests have praised its spaciousness, well-stocked games and comfort, making it ideal for family gatherings. While some maintenance issues were reported, the property manager's responsiveness and the overall experience were highly regarded.

Most guests found the house clean and comfortable. However, one review mentioned issues with cleanliness upon arrival, including an unclean toilet and an unemptied dishwasher, which were later addressed by the property manager.

The property's location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, local shops, takeaways, and children's playgrounds, making it an excellent spot for a holiday stay.

Guests have found the house to be comfortable, with ample space, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked games room. The presence of low doors and ceilings adds character but may require some caution.

The property is well-equipped with a games room and a large garden. However, several reviews noted maintenance issues such as overgrown grass, a leaky ceiling, and problems with the showers and settees, suggesting room for improvement.

While guests have mentioned a welcome pack, there is insufficient information to determine the consistency of such gestures or their impact on the overall experience. Therefore, a score cannot be provided, and guests should note that such amenities are not guaranteed.

The weather was kind so we were able to sit out in the beautiful gardens, so peaceful. The property had such charm & all we needed, to be ultra comfortable & it was spotlessly clean. Bacton ideal for visiting the surrounding areas. Beaches WOW!

Upstairs shower only really useful for children and even then we felt water splash was damaging to paintwork. Bathrobes would be useful for the downstairs shower. Games room and equipment 6/10 Overall though an excellent place to stay.
