No 1, Cherry Tree is a well-regarded apartment praised for its comfortable furnishings, proximity to the beach, and local amenities. Guests appreciate the well-stocked kitchen and the cosy, clean environment. The enclosed garden and WiFi are notable bonuses. While some guests mention issues with bathroom odours and noise from other units, the overall sentiment is positive, with many looking forward to returning.
The property is generally described as clean and cosy. However, several reviews mention a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which suggests room for improvement in this area.
The location is highly praised for its easy access to the beach, local amenities, and the A1. The proximity to a pub, cafes, and the beach is frequently mentioned as a positive aspect.
Guests find the apartment comfortable, highlighting the quality of the bed and sofa. The presence of a well-stocked kitchen and the addition of WiFi contribute to the comfort. However, noise from other units' bathrooms has been a concern for some.
The apartment is well-equipped with modern conveniences and guests appreciate the WiFi. Criticisms include issues with bathroom odours, blocked drains, and a lack of clear instructions for heating. Some guests also suggested improvements in exterior lighting and signage.
While guests are satisfied with the overall experience, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. It should be noted that while such gestures are appreciated, they are not guaranteed.

Mr Davies
Cherry no, 1 was superb accommodation. All mod cons and excellent furnishings. We had a marvellous time and appreciated the closeness to a pub, hotel and two cafes all of which were excellent. Fabulous location, fabulous accommodation. We will return.

A lovely apartment in a perfect location. It is very comfortable and quiet. The enclosed garden is very nice. Only a 10 min walk to the beach and the coastal path. Beadnell is a quiet village with a small shop to buy essentials. The closest large supermarket is in Alnwick which is a 20 min drive. The Craster Arms is next door which although not the cheapest has very good food and a wonderful beer garden.

Cottage was very nice and comfortable but our stay was spoiled by the foul smell in the shower room which was reported several times but problem wasn’t solved. Maybe some compensation should be offered.
