The property is a beautifully restored Grade II listed Georgian property dating back to 1751, step into the welcoming lounge area with its stunning feature stone fireplace, home to the beautiful wood burner, providing a cosy place to curl up on the cooler evenings and curl up in front of the TV/DVD. Heading through to the well equipped kitchen/diner you have everything you need to cook up a hearty breakfast such as an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher, with nearby dining table with seating for four guests to enjoy the resulting meals. There is a downstairs bathroom which is tiled throughout with shower over bath and WC, and a heated towel rail. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two lovely bedrooms, a king size with fitted wardrobes and charming window seat and a twin room with 2'6" single beds, also with fitted wardrobe and a window with views across Bakewell Church. Outside is a small courtyard with seating for four guests, perfect to enjoy a coffee and some fresh air in the morning. There is one parking permit provided for one car in the lanes around the cottage. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and twin room with 2'6" single beds. 1 bathroom. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Parking permit for 1 car provided. Wi Fi included.
