Hanger Farmhouse is steeped in history; there has been a settlement here since at least the time of the Domesday Survey. The current luxurious Grade 2 listed holiday home was built in 1759 and retains a sense of history whilst providing all the comforts of modern living. The spacious luxury accommodation includes a master suite with its own separate staircase, dressing room and en suite bathroom. The downstairs areas spread out from the glass walkway, with timber framework and original wattle and daub panels on show. The living rooms are tastefully furnished, with two inglenook log burners for out of season breaks.

Outside the large garden has plenty of comfortable seating for al fresco dining and there is a bespoke barbecue available all year round. Plenty of parking can be found at the front of the farmhouse, and a well-behaved dog is welcome.

Situated on the edge of the New Forest National Park, Hanger Farmhouse is perfectly situated for accessing the local amenities, and the famous Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park is just a short drive away. The towns of Southampton and Lyndhurst are both within a 15 minute drive, as is the New Forest National Park, with it’s free-roaming ponies and miles of walks and cycle tracks.
