Hemsted Forest is local and is ideal for walking and cycling and you are ideally situated to visit the nearby historic towns of Battle and Rye. There is a community shop and cafe in nearby Benenden as well as a good butchers and foodie pub. Tenterden, with its bustling tree-lined high street is only a short drive away and is home to the restored Kent and East Sussex Railway. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 2 miles Coast: 18 miles

Garden: There is a wooden verandah with garden furniture and a barbecue plus a lawned area.
Parking: Private parking for two cars close to the property.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Notes: Bedroom 3 can only be accessed through Bedroom 2. There are B&B rooms available at the main house if required for visiting family or friends.
