This single storey holiday cottage is located in the heart of the Kent countryside, just outside the small village of Benenden.  This charming property has a modern open plan living area with a double bedroom and two single interconnecting bedrooms and a lovely private garden area with a verandah to the rear of the property, which is the perfect place for relaxation.  The Weald of Kent is on your doorstep with famous gardens and picturesque castles just waiting to be explored.  Hemsted Forest is local and is ideal for walking and cycling and you are ideally situated to visit the nearby historic towns of Battle and Rye. There is a community shop and cafe in nearby Benenden as well as a good butchers and foodie pub.  Tenterden, with its bustling tree-lined high street is only a short drive away and is home to the restored Kent and East Sussex Railway.  Shop: 2 miles   Pub:  2 miles  Coast: 18 miles

Notes: Bedroom 3 can only be accessed through Bedroom 2.  There are B&B rooms available at the main house if required for visiting family or friends.
