Guests say

The Cart House in Cornwall receives high praise for its beautiful conversion, modern amenities, and central location for exploring Cornwall. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches. The property is consistently described as clean, cosy, and well-maintained, with a welcoming village pub nearby. While the lack of outdoor space and a welcome pack are minor drawbacks for some, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive.

Reviewers consistently mention that The Cart House is spotlessly clean, with several guests emphasising the property's cleanliness and well-kept condition, suggesting a very high standard of hygiene.

The property is praised for its great location, with easy access to local beaches and Cornwall's attractions. The proximity to a village pub is frequently appreciated, although a few guests noted the village itself is quiet with limited activities.

Guests frequently commend the comfort of The Cart House, highlighting the comfortable bed, sofas, and the cosy, warm atmosphere of the property, indicating a high level of satisfaction in this area.

The Cart House is lauded for its high-quality facilities and modern conveniences, including a well-equipped kitchen and smart TV. The lack of outdoor space and a bath are noted by a few, but overall, the facilities are highly regarded.

Many reviews express gratitude for the thoughtful details, such as high-end soaps and a hairdryer. While gifts like milk and biscuits are mentioned, they are not consistently noted across reviews, indicating that such gestures, while appreciated, may not be a guaranteed offering.

The location of this property for us was ideal for visiting different parts of Cornwall and the plume of feathers was in walking distance

Stunning property equipped and decorated to such a high standard. An absolute joy to stay here, a real break. The plume of feathers pub just down the road is absolutely excellent as well, a real bonus to have it so close. Property is in an excellent location for visiting stunning beaches, National Trust properties and beautiful walks. Owners are super helpful & great on communication. All in all a wonderful treat break that was a real tonic for the pair of us. Would unreservedly recommend a stay in this beautiful property.
