The location is appreciated for its proximity to local beaches and peaceful surroundings.

Guests find the barn very comfortable, with special mentions of the luxurious beds and the relaxing atmosphere. One negative comment about a mattress being too soft slightly impacts the score.
The facilities are generally praised, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. However, there were some issues with the hot tub not being ready for use and maintenance responsiveness, which affects the score.
The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, including welcome packs and attention to detail. Gifts like prosecco are mentioned, which are a delightful surprise, though it's politely noted that such gestures are not guaranteed.

Beautiful environment to relax in (important for my Mum who isnât too mobile). The hot tub was greatly appreciated. Iâm extremely fussy when it comes to cleanliness and canât fault on this level. Great walk to Holywell Cove and a short drive to other beaches. Fantastic fish and chips in the village as well as a bakery.
