Centrally located within St Ives, at Chapel View Apartments, this three-bedroom, duplex apartment is just a short stroll from the harbour, town centre, beaches, and St Ives scenic railway.

Sleeping four, with an infant, and pet friendly, its perfect for a family’s holiday to St Ives or a couple looking to escape to the Cornish coast with their prized pooch.

To benefit from the roof top views and the natural light through the roof windows, the fabulous galleried living area is on the top floor, accessed via a solid oak staircase with thirteen steps, this light and airy space, furnished with bright modern décor, is a great area to relax, open up the six Velux windows and breathe in the fresh Cornish air, cosy up on the leather three seater sofa or either of the three comfy arm chairs and enjoy the entertainment on the television, including Sky Entertainment, or gaming on the Xbox 360.

The kitchen/diner is within the ground floor open plan living space, ideal for socialising with whoever is preparing the food, bathed in natural light from the roof windows and with solid oak flooring, it’s a wonderful space to get together for meals, a pine table with six matching chairs are provided, the contemporary kitchen is well-appointed with cream gloss units and mushroom coloured Corian work surfaces, offering a lovely space to create your culinary delights.

Choose from three comfortable bedrooms, the master king size and twin room are both front facing the third room is a single, located to the rear, all rooms are bright from natural light, and offer plenty of storage space, the family bathroom with bath and shower-over is conveniently located off the hallway next to the bedrooms.

The central location of The Sail Loft means St Ives harbour, beaches, cafes and shops are all on your doorstep, this traditional Cornish fishing village still has a working harbour which supplies fresh seafood to its vast array of restaurants, enjoy wondering it’s pretty cobbled streets, filled with boutiques and art galleries highlighting the towns connection with the art world, this can clearly be seen at the Tate and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden.

If you love walking take the South West Coast Path, it heads towards Zenor in one direction and Porthkidney Beach, which is pet friendly all year, in the other, ideal if you bought your four-legged friend, the scenic railway also connects the local area, hugging the Cornish coast the journey is breath-taking, hop on board and jump off at Carbis Bay.

The stunning Carbis Bay Beach has been awarded a Blue Flag status, so does have pet restrictions at times, it is lifeguarded at peak times so is a fabulous place to enjoy the water sports on offer.

The little ones will love feeding the animals at Paradise Park, near Hayle or exploring Newquay Zoo, if you enjoy gardens Cornwall has many glorious ones including the Lost Garden of Heligan and Eden Project, near St Austell, take a walk across the rainforest canopy walkway, wow what an experience, for a little romance visit the open-air theatre, near Lands’ End, The Minack, for a show, the stage is cut out of a cliff and the backdrop is the Atlantic Ocean, or snap the sun setting over St Michaels Mount, set on its own island, near Penzance.

    Locating the property was not easy the post code takes you somewhere else on Sat Nav and the estate agents that you say the property is next to no longer exists. Luckily we know the area so it was okay for us but I guess other guests will have more difficulty locating the property. Just need to update your directions description.
