About this property

Quietly tucked away with views of the countryside, The Mill House is an immaculate cottage, conveniently positioned at the edge of the bustling market town of Axminster and only a short drive to the coast and the nearby seaside towns of Lyme Regis and Charmouth. The welcoming owners who live adjacent the property ensure guests enjoy a wonderful stay and regularly invite them to meet their inquisitive and friendly alpacas.

The property is located in rolling countryside close to the border between East Devon and West Dorset, about 5 miles from the coast and just one mile from the market town of Axminster. Discover the history and heritage of the town at the local museum, explore the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, walk for miles in the stunning countryside and ancient woodlands, and explore the Axe Valley rivers – spotting otters and kingfishers along the way. The lovely seaside town of Lyme Regis is  20 minute-drive and the whole of the amazing World Heritage Jurassic coastline, and its many attractions, can be easily accessed from the tranquil property.

Please note:

The Mill House is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
