Only slight annoyance is the road closure to Ruswarp which we thought would have been fixed since May, but looking at the land slip may mean the closure lasts years rather than weeks or months!!

The house was spotless, had plenty of room for us all and we loved te location very close to the viaduct. Our grandson also loved feeding the ducks by the estuary. We will definitely be coming back very soon!

Property was very clean & everything worked. Nice to sit on the Balcony & enjoy the views of the Viaduct which carries the Cinder path across the River Esk. Would definitely visit again. Car parking was not clearly marked out or controlled was a minor observation but we had no problems during our stay,
