The property features an inviting living area, sunny conservatory with countryside views and a games room with pool table. There are 5 bedrooms in total and a large garden that wraps around all 4 sides providing plenty of space for friends and family to enjoy. New Quay's local beaches and quaint harbour are just a short drive away as well as some lovely pubs, shops and restaurants. There's also a fantastic watersports centre and regular boat trips out to spot the local dolphins.

Kitchen and utilities: Large kitchen with electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, wash basin and dining area. Utility room with fridge/freezer. Pool room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Entertainment: TV in lounge and ground floor double bedroom. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Stairgate available on request.
Outside: Large lawned garden wrapping around the side and rear of the property. 2 picnic benches, each sitting 4.

Salem is a well situated property being close to many stunning beaches and small towns (New Quay and Aberaeron), this gave us plenty to do being a family that ranged in ages from 7 to 72! The outside space at the property is wonderful as the younger members had plenty of space to play badminton, volley ball and football. The property its self was well equipped, and so clean, the beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out when relaxing on a rainy day! The living and kitchen area are plenty big enough for large groups - we regularly played games as a whole group in the evenings. Thank you for such a lovely stay - we will be recommending to our friends !!

The property was very clean, well maintained, well equipped and had everything we needed for our party of 11. Our only issue was the comfort of the beds, mainly the double and king beds on the ground floor. The beds were far too soft and uncomfortable resulting in the people who slept in those beds having bad back/neck/shoulders for the duration of our stay.
