A delightful maisonette with lovely views over the Conwy estuary towards Conwy Castle, Conwy Mountain and the Snowdonia National Park. The comfortable lounge is light and airy with a wonderful mix of contemporary and classic features, there is a fully fitted kitchen diner with everything you could need for a self-catering break. The bathroom is also on this floor and has a modern 'P' shaped bath with shower over. The bedrooms are both on the second floor and have added character from the sloping ceilings as the eaves of the house gently swaddle the rooms from those bracing sea breezes. The master bedroom at the front of the house has a king size bed and benefits from some lovely views over the estuary. Heating and electricity are included in the tariff. Free roadside parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Alternatively, there is a private or station car park opposite the apartment. This is a no smoking, pet free property. In the heart of the small village of Deganwy between the traditional Victorian coastal resort of Llandudno and the World Heritage site, the walled town of Conwy with its famous Castle on the North Wales coast. Haulfryn is a first-floor maisonette (above a very fine dress shop) with views out over the Conwy Estuary to Conwy Castle and the Snowdonia National Park. Situated on the main street within yards of the Wales Coastal Path, the Deganwy local train station (request stop only), restaurants, shops and the beach this is a great location, with the mountains, history, culture and transportation all on your doorstep.
A short drive down the coast road to the west brings you to the beautiful Aber Falls and then the university city of Bangor, inland to Bethesda and the World's fastest Zip Wire, the Isle of Anglesey or further west to Caernarfon Castle. A few minutes south, past the rspb reserve Conwy, will take you inland towards Betws y Coed, the famous Bodnant Gardens and Bodnant Welsh Food Centre and the Snowdonia national Park. This is a no smoking property and does not accept pets.
