The coastal village of Llanbedrog plays host to a variety of attractions including sheltered expanses of sand and shallow waters at Llanbedrog beach (0.5 miles), a local beach bar and restaurant, popular art gallery with excellent cafe and networks of paths lined by pine trees, heather and local wildlife. Slightly further afield, you will find Abersoch, a fashionable seaside resort with seafront golf course and Pwllheli, the "official capital" of The Llyn Peninsula.

Kitchen and utilities: Large recently renovated kitchen with double oven, hob, American fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, microwave, and dining table with bench seating and 4 chairs Utility room with ample storage space for coats, outdoor equipment, shoes etc. and a washing machine.

Entertainment: 52" Smart TV in lounge. Large pool/air hockey table, table tennis table, football table, board games in games room. Wi-Fi available.

For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen. Baby seat also available for bath. 

Outside: Large enclosed garden with exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Ample outdoor seating/dining options including 4 comfortable Adironock chairs with footstools, dining table with bench seating, a rattan sofa with footstool, a hammock and two bucket seats on the patio area with a table. Additional features include a fire pit, gas BBQ and selection of outdoor games including badminton, boules and footballs. Secure storage space for bikes, paddle boards, pram etc

General: Central heating and electricity included. Initial supply of logs for the wood burner included. Bed linen, towels and 3 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

Parking: Ample driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Safe storage for bikes, paddleboards and boats. Electric vehicle charging point available.
