There are three bedrooms: On the ground floor is a twin with two 4ft single beds and a small TV, the first floor has a large master bedroom with king-size bed, en suite shower room, TV, and views across the village to Cardigan Bay. The third bedroom has three single beds of which one is a top bunk (children only), and small TV. There is a spacious family bathroom on the ground floor with a roll top bath and walk in shower and a further first floor bathroom with a small bath with shower over. Outside is a sun terrace, enclosed patio with tables and chairs and a handy hosepipe for washing the sand off after a day at the beach!  There is plenty of parking for 3 cars and boat.
