Leading off the dining room you will find a shower room with shower and WC and kitchen. The kitchen has an Aga, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, this then opens into a sunny conservatory, the perfect place to relax in with a good book. Stairs from the dining room lead to the first floor, where you will find the lounge with TV/DVD and nice views of the village. There are two further bedrooms, a king size zip and link and a master bedroom with king size four poster bed and en suite shower and WC. To complete the property there is an additional bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Outside from the conservatory is a small courtyard, ideal for storing surf boards. Two parking tickets for local car park a few hundred metres away. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 four poster king size and 1 king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin upon request). 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 en suite shower room. Aga oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Parking permits given for 2 cars in local car park parking is on a first come first served basis.
