Pant yr Hyddod is semi-detached stone cottage in an amazing elevated position, on the owners' working farm, in the forest high above Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park. Approach is via a 2 mile forestry track.

With plenty of character, this spacious cottage has a beamed sitting room with a huge inglenook fireplace containing the woodburning stove (logs supplied) and the original bread oven, leather style sofas and TV/Freeview/DVD. The living room leads to the conservatory which has a sofa and chairs. The large fitted kitchen/diner has a pine table, chairs, small TV and patio doors leading to an outside seating area. The kitchen has plenty of storage and includes a double oven and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom, with shower over the bath, on the ground floor, with a twin bedroom and WC with a basin on the first floor. Oil central heating. To the rear is an undercover seating area.

Pant yr Hyddod is in a fabulous position with views right across the valley. The cottage is on the owners' small farm, with free range hens and the bustling activities of  farm life all around you. Footpaths and trails lead from the door, with mountain biking in the nearby forests, and the mountains of Snowdonia within a few miles. Betws-y-Coed has plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and is a very popular tourist destination. Llanberis for Snowdon, 12 miles and the coastal towns of Conwy and Llandudno 17 miles.
